We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. UK and overseas orders are shipped by Royal Mail special delivery. Delivery charges are £3 per UK delivery under £150 (2-3 days), £7 per UK next day delivery, £10 per EU delivery, and £14 for countries outside the EU. For UK orders received before 3pm will be delivered the next working day (not £3 economy service). A same day service in London (within zone 2) costs £15. You will need to sign for your purchase, so it is important to use a delivery address where you will be available to sign, or somebody you trust can sign for it. Please also note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
ORDERS OUTSIDE THE EU (AND CHANNEL ISLANDS)
If you are placing an order from the USA, Canada, Australia, Switzerland, Hong Kong, The Channel Islands or any other countries outsdie the EU, please choose to pay in US dollars. Our US dollar prices have already had the VAT (Value Added Tax - local sales tax) deducted. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to ; payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
We have a no quibble returns policy, if unsuitable items are returned to us within 14 days of our despatch date. Simply fill in the returns form enclosed with your order send the unsuitable items back to us. If you prefer, you can contact us by phone and we will be happy to talk you through our returns procedure, simply call 44 (0) 20 7467 0761. Unfortunately returns received after the 14 day time frame will not be accepted and returned to you.
Please send all returns to Beach Cafe, 123 Ledbury Road, London, W11 2AQ. The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit your credit card. We recommend you return items by registered post and keep your proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. For UK and international returns we will refund the outgoing delivery charge so you will only pay for postage one way.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please email or call to let us know. We will hold the new item if available, and dispatch it free of charge when the first item arrives back with us.
