Simply complete the returns reason above and return unsuitable items back to us within 14 days of the despatch date. All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed, or altered and with tags still attached. Once the return has been checked by our team, you will receive an email regarding the returned items and your refund, which can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Your refund will be credited to the original payment card.

We offer free returns in the UK. You will find a free returns label within your parcel. Please attach the label to the parcel and take to your local Post Office and Royal Mail will do the rest. Please keep the proof of postage receipt as we cannot be responsible for goods lost in transit. The free returns label can be used once for an exchange or return, any further returns or exchanges should be retuned at your own expense. NEED HELP?
