Shipping policy
DELIVERY
All orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Monday.
UK and overseas orders are shipped by DPD, DHL and Royal Mail special delivery. Delivery charges are a follows:
UK
- Standard UK Delivery (2-3 days) Free over £100 or £5 for less
- Next Day delivery (order recieved before 3pm) £8
- London same day delivery (Monday to Friday) £15
- Saturday Delivery (order recieved before 3pm) £10
Europe
- Standard Delivery (2-4 days) FREE over 200€ or 8€ for less
- Next Day Delivery (order before 3pm Monday - Friday) 15€
USA & Rest of World
- Standard Delivery (2-4 days) FREE over $200 Rest of World £15
We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. You will need to sign for your purchase, so it is important to use a delivery address where you will be available to sign, or somebody you trust can sign for it.
Most orders will be dispatched within 1 working day subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. We will contact you if there is a delay or items are out of stock. Please also note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
CLICK & COLLECT
This is a free service if you wish to collect your order from our Notting Hill store in person. Please bring along a copy of your order, and to prevent fraud we are unable to release your order without seeing your payment card.
