FREE RETURNS

We offer free easy returns for UK and EU orders, if unsuitable items are returned to us within 14 days of delivery date . Simply fill in the returns form enclosed with your order send the unsuitable items back to us. All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered with tags still attached

UK RETURNS
A free returns label will be included with your order, simply affix this to the parcel and take to your local Post Office. We recommend you keep the proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit without it.  We offer one free return per order, any additional returns will need to be covered by the customer.

EUROPE & USA RETURNS
Should you need to return your purchase, you have 28 days from receiving your order.  Please email info@beachcafe.com and we will send you a free DHL label, and you can book a free collection with DHL by visiting dhl.com, selecting your country to find the telephone number of your nearest DHL branch to organise collection, or drop of at your local DPD drop off point. We recommend you keep the proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit without it. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We do not offer free international returns, however you can make your own return using any secure service. We do recommend using a sign for service to provide proof of return. Returns should be sent to the following address -

RETURN CONDITIONS
• All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered  with tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.

REFUNDING THE PURCHASE
Once the return has been checked by our team, you will receive an email regarding the returned items and your refund, which can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Please note:

• The refund is always credited to the payment method with which the original purchase was made

• The refund is always credited in the same currency as the original purchase

• If the purchase was made with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued via email.

• The time it takes to receive your refund depends on the payment method or your credit card provider

• If your purchase was made with a promotional voucher, you will receive a refund only for the amount paid—that is, the amount charged after the voucher was applied. Furthermore, the promotional voucher will no longer be valid.

• If the purchase was made with a promotional voucher and is returned partially, you will receive a refund proportionately reduced by the value of the voucher

FREE EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please email or call to let us know.  We will hold the new item if available, and dispatch it free of charge when the first item arrives back with us.
